We are happy to spread the word about new lectures about meditation. Our colleague from India shared her knowledge about this subject in the preparation for the coming lecture.
“Most studies (like physics, mathematics etc.) have technical practices. In meditation also, one simple relaxation exercise of 5 minutes that Heartfulness gives has a script. This 5 minutes are just the starting point of the lecture.
It can only be a starter because the process in which thought energy transforms into feeling energy is a mysterious process. However, it can be impacted by setting in motion certain practices. Even a session of physical exercise can get feelings to change. So it has to be a practice, which can change feeling states unless its a damaging process of medication or drugs which alone can instantly cause change of feeling states.”
